Chips are light and minimally oily. I had Arroz Co Pollo . The dish was amply prepared, chicken , cheese , very mild spicy wise was delicious. The Margaritas were mixed just right...not alcohol heavy.
The Los Tres Compacted is excellent. Beef Coronado, Pork Verde, and Chiles Rellenos .
Chips are nice and thin the salsa is fresh and "hot" just the way I like it!
They use canola oil for frying/deep frying foods...
