Fast and efficient.. Collected new passport after an hour. Applicants below 18 please bring photocopy of birth cert and parents ic. And, of coz parent need to go with you.

Everything is so triple slow. They took away alot of seat and makes alot of people couldnt sit and have to wait for the que. i have to wait 200 of people until my turn.

Took me 15 mins to submit the application and settle the payment. Now just have to wait for less than 2 hours for a new passport . Excellent service . Wish the other gov agencies can be as efficient.

Remember to bring along your kids to collect passport too. Kids thumb scan is required at the counter to collect.

Just come here around 730am and u wont be complaining for the long queue.. No long pants needed , but for IC jabatan pendaftaran thenYES :)

After years, the service is still slow, however the good side is they manage to give you the passport within 2-3 hours from the time you get your number. Wear dark colours for photo taking.

Prepare your own photo so that dont need to queue for taking photo ;)

Get your passport taken and printed before going in. They should have inform people before queing up the long que!

Photo taking and photocopy is available here, you just need to walk behind this office . Charge RM10 for photo taking. If you wish the cashier fill in the form for you charge another 4 bucks.

Better than last time I came here ~5yrs ago....but still room for improvement in terms of instruction and staff attitude.

People have said it has fast service here, but reality is, even the snail is faster. Queue is moving 5 times slower than KL immigration dept.. ????

The number already finish by 11am....come early to take a number n go somewhere else chilling first...

Pls Bring along contact lens casing to remove your contact lens before taking the photo.

Make sure u hv yr fill up yr form & hv yr photos ready then only u can collect a number for the queue 

Well , now the photo is taken directly at the counter. But its taking forever. Came here at 8.30am and there was already 150 people before me... Sobs

Long queue, congested space, time respond to submit application form take 3hours..then waiting the receipt abt 1hours and collect the passport evening.. 1day completion not 1hour!!!

Dont park your car illegally. city council people patrol this area a lot.
