It's quite expensive but the chocolate cake here is worth it.
The double chocolate fudge cake is brilliant here, and quite affordable too.

This is the only decent food outlet at Manchester Airport groundside. It has a varied & interesting menu. Service can be slow at busy times, but recommended, especially the home made burger & omlettes - Rob Jackson
