The best is to go when it's dark outside, the views are stunning then! The city lights will make it feel like you're on the top floor of a real skyscraper , whereas in reality it's just the 5th floor;)

Bit pricey but the views from the 5th will take your breath away. Plenty of parking especially in the afternoons. You may struggle in the morning. Great for big parties as it is huge. Good wine list

One of the best places that are worth visiting in paphos. Beautiful view , friendly atmosphere , tasty food but beware of high prices!
