バリ島のクタのお店は、お茶が出てくるのに20分、小龍包は薄皮がくっついて、全部破れて汁なし状態で品質は最悪。ジャカルタとは経営者が別らしい。
旧正月は1人で行っても、最低40万ルピアの注文を求められる。(201 1年実績) 拒否したが逆に入店拒否された。こうやって得意客を失っていくのだろう。
