Walked in & made appointment for ~3 hours later. Came back & they were ready for me & quick to provide service. Amazing job at eyebrow threading ! Hair stylist did not 100% listen but it turned out ok.

Why make an appointment if an hour later they've still not started on my hair. On top of that, hairdresser doesn't listen & does what he wants. I didn't even get the full service. Forget this place.
Ask the manicurista to take out ALL the bugs in there! :-)

Your service sucks! Dont put people in a reservation yet u guys have only 1stylist available. Staff cant even emphatize the others waiting for their turn and be serviced.
