It's a nice place for walk even if it's a short way. The area has nice places for sit next to the port and yatches (café Néro, KFC, Fridays...), where you will have a good time and relax.

Wow, they've levelled out the old port to build this celebration of corporate sterility. Come here to enjoy the finest Wagamama , Pizza Hut and KFC have to offer. Better still, avoid. Tourist trap.

Прекрасное место для вечерних прогулок и посиделок ! Чистый новый порт очень радует! Много превосходных ресторанов (Яхт-клуб, Пиксида), уютных кафе-баров, есть и бутики .

На закате осень красиво погулять, много лодочек, кафешек. Перед ужином прогуляться отлично

Кто не успел прикупить яхту...сюда. Можно и вечер провести в уютном кафе и заодно яхту присмотреть))

Проект элитного "яхт-курорта", запущенный чуть более полутора лет назад. Рестораны , яхты, магазины.

Магазинчики и кафе . Ещё яхты. В принципе красиво.

Пока все только строится, смотреть особо не на что, разве на продающиеся яхты. Весь вид на море загораживает стройка.
