都庁の中にあるので新宿の喧騒からは少し離れているため、特に平日などはそれほど混んではいません。タリーズ の限定ドリンクが飲みたいときはこちらまで足を伸ばしています。パスポートや運転免許証の更新の際にもよく立ち寄っています。
カウンターにはコンセント とUSB完備。多摩の木材が使われていて清々しい店内です。
