Staff is nice & will tell you if there aren't many in the cave . There was 1 when I went, & it was still worth it! The cave is amazing & you can climb to see the original entrance & Hectea Lighthouse .

Rene Pot

Be there when the door opens! You can park in front of the entrance and be the first to go down the elevator !

Courtney Shannon

Helpful staff . If the sea lions aren't in the cave the staff will tell you about other viewing spots where you can see them.

A

Definitely worth a visit. Take the elevator down for an incredible experience.

Majed Alashari

Nice view on the beach . Lion cave close in of it is cloudy

Tom Van Fleet

Worth the visit (once)

Nick Greif

Ever heard a hundred sea lions barking in an underground cave ? Well , neither had I, until I came here. Smells bad but a cool spot nonetheless, and for a tourist attraction , fairly priced at $12.

Carrie C.

Look up in the elevator on your ride down into the cave . Instead of counting up by floors, it counts down in feet. 10 ... 20 ... 30 ... and so on. See how far down you go! Wow.

National Wildlife Federation

Besides a great place to see both Steller and California Sea Lions , you may also catch a glimpse of Gray Whales!

Susan Daly

Awesome seeing seals in their natural habitat

Michelle 🍓 Palmer

Bring quarters with you! There are great views and you have to pay 25 cents to use the telescope things.

Sarah Lucas

It's definitely interesting, but be prepared for the stink!

Lee Higbee

34 steps down and then 100 yard walk.

Randy Palmer

Bring a jacket

Josh Shelton

Nice but not worth the $14 a person

Erika

Kind of cool. Not worth the $12 per person admission.

Fernando Reveco

Too expensive
