The room was as expected for a grand Hyatt. I do have to say, I really enjoyed the big pool in the basement . They make it appear all tropical with trees & a starry night sky, no need for a swim cap.

Do the breakfast at Made In China on level 1 instead of the Grand Club if you can. It offers a great selection of traditional Chinese/Beijing breakfast options as well as an amazing atmosphere.

The pool here is amazing! Even if you don't plan on swimming make sure to visit it, there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax in and have a drink.

Great service, nice rooms, Club lounge is awesome, gym is fully equipped, pool is like a tropical paradise (indoors but great faux tropics feel), nice restaurants and right on top of a luxury mall .

This was a 5 star experience ! Everyone was kind, helpful, and our room was amazing. Shower had better water pressure than my apt. Leaving as a big fan of the grand hyatt!

Great location with friendly speaking english staff ! If u have questions or requests they are gladly to help! Go down to the mall plaza food court for food. Restaurant in hotel is pricey .

The map location is incorrect! This hotel is in the Oriental Plaza shops / offices near Wangfu Jing street.

The celery and cucumber juice is really nice in the Grand Cafe . Very refreshing if you are jet-lagged.

ホテル の中にいれば欧米や東京にいるのと変わらないくらい楽に過ごせます。食事も美味しいし、水の心配もありません。プール がスゴく楽しいから必見！

С wi-fi много проблем. Даже в номере не везде ловит.
