Lovely view of the airport . Drinks and foods are affordable but you can just buy something cheap from the minimarts and seat here.
If you need extra rice , buy from Lotteria. It's just 3,000 dong. :)

Pho 24 is worse and worse. Bad service. You shouldn't try foods here.
