Best Japanese Ramen in Australia so far in my 20years OZ life, especially Tonkotsu stock base (even I used to live in Sydney). Black garlic flavor is recommended. 20年のシドニーを含めた在豪生活で今のところ一番イケてる！特に焦がし大蒜☆
Finally managed to try this place! The ramen was good, noodles were al dente and the soup wasn't too salty. Had the kaarage (yum!) with the 'salt' soup . It tasted quite nice :)
Had he black garlic salt ramen . It tastes amazing! The tonkotsu broth is amazing!
