One of my favourite places in Bologna, a great Morandi collection and contemporary international artworks inspired by the artist . Not to be missed when if you are visiting Bologna!

At the first 1 you can see a permanent exhibition by artists with a focus on those who have woven their lives with the city ,retracing step by step,the artistic currents of 900.

We had great aperitivo here. Good atmosphere, nice drinks, plenty of decent food, friendly service . We'll come again.

Charging separately for the temporary exhibitions is an excess, and the permanent collection is... simple. Unless you're really bored, visiting the museum isn't a must.

A must-visit museum ! I liked the art , the building and the organization of the museum too. Plus, everyone is so kind!

didn’t see main exposition , but temporary exhibition on russian revolution (malevich, kandinsky...) was excellent

I couldn't catch any interesting exhibition . A contemporary museum in Bologna has to show more options.

If you want to take photos you will have to get a special badge where you buy the tickets.

Free for students. Make sure to visit the bookshop !

Cheap and nice food for local youngsters. Recommended.

Have definitely been to better modern art museums . Wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.

Interessante collezione permanente e mostre temporanee di respiro internazionale. Comodissimo da raggiungere dalla stazione e dal centro. Molto bello anche il Bookshop, curato da Corraini Edizioni.

Nella sezione "1977 - Arte e Azione" della collezione permanente non perdetevi le registrazioni di Radio Alice , la storica radio libera di Via del Pratello: argute, intense e a tratti esilaranti.

La collezione permanente è stata notevolmente ampliata rispetto a qualche anno fa! Visitatelo, ne vale la pena..

Il museo ripercorre la storia dell'arte italiana dal secondo dopoguerra ad oggi.
