Staying here again, its my 5th time. I wouldnt say its an "amazing" place, but the location and value for money are first class . Small but clean rooms and efficient service .

Across the street from Family Mart and Krispy Kreme. Hotel close to Shinjuku and Yoyogi Stations. Take the Limousine Bus Service to/from Airports - less stressful than taking public transportation .

While it says “amenities ” are only downstairs, the rooms do include shampoo/conditioner/bodywash already - you won’t find them downstairs

Great location. You can see Shinjuku est from the hotel . Also close to Shinjuku 's shopping area. I would book again just for the location, amazing. Everything in our room was in order too.

Amazing location. Short walk to Shinjuku station . Family Mart & McDonald's are close by. Room is small but very efficient. Electric massager in room is extremely handy after long walk in Tokyo.

Very small but clean room . Well worth the $110/nt we paid for. Breakfast is at additional $20/pax. Hotel is within 3-5mins from Shinjuku south gate and well within a stone throw from many eateries !

Great location, walking distance from Shinjuku station , Takashimaya and other malls . Wifi available if u ask. However had to kill a cockroach in my room as well as stay away from a spider. Wonder why.

Lovely place. Make sure you take south exit from shinjuku . There is a Segafredo cafe next door for a cheaper breakfast than the buffet .

Take the friendly bus directly to and from the airport (both) . Avoid taking taxis unless you do not mind damaging the wallet!

Sunroute is accessible via both Shunjuku JR and Yoyogi JR line . I prefer to alight at Yoyogi as traffic is less hectic but slightly longer walk.

Told 2 diff housekeeping staff on 2 diff days that our bathroom stinks of urine. I just got detergent sent to my room & scrubbed it down myself. It still stinks like its steeped into the walls :(
