I am in heaven. This 1/2 hot, 1/2 mild green chile smothered carnitas and bean deluxe burrito rocks! For about $7.50 bucks.

If you don't live in the area, you need to trek up to the El Mercado parking lot in Lafayette for the breakfast burritos from the Taco Wagon. They're worth it.

This is my favorite place to get Tacos in Colorado. And that's saying something.
