Like an Italian remake of "Fawlty Towers" -- genial folks, but no idea about how to run a hotel . Suggest the Hotel American Dinesen or Agli Alboretti instead.
Breakfast 7-11 is included - if you come to early you have to fight with the group tourists on the buffet - they have no time
