Hertz Oakland sucks!! Walk a quarter mile in the rain on an uncovered walkway from return to shuttle then get NO help with luggage! Even though you're Hertz #1!
Slow, 20 minutes in line one person helped #hertz I hope the car is worth it.....
Terrible. Car was dirty- coffee spilled all over console & door. Not vacuumed from last customer, either.
30 minutes in line and they've only helped two people, now they've disappeared to the back. Awful service.
