Kristal Hotel is one of the landmark establishments in Kupang. It has a long reputation of being the best hotel in town . It has a newly constructed wing with new rooms.

The rooms have A/C, satellite TV with a few English channels. There is a large pool and view of the ocean. However if you want to go to the beach , you must walk out of the fence compound.

Just to correct one of the comments, there is no BBQ every Saturday, only every last Saturday of the month. But honestly the food from their restaurant needs great improvement.

The best hotel ever in kupang, 3 stars as if 5 stars..it is located near the beach ,,suitable for every event ;)

First impression wasn't good.. I tough this is the best hotel but I was wrong....

Worst Wifi !! Not cater for business travellers. Toilet seat broken upon arrival, still broken when left. With every shower leaks from the ceiling. Breakfast great, staff trying their upmost to serve.

You may have to call the front desk and ask for towels since it is common that they forget them, but don't worry, they are free.

Room 315 does not have shower screen. Wet bathroom . We had to ask them to dry the floor after showering .

Kamarnya banyak yg ucah menua dan apek ,terrutama di bangunan yang lama. Oke di gedung baru, viewnya asik, syaang ga bs langsung ke pantainya

Dari tampak depan sih bagus, ternyata kamuflase saja, gedung tua, kamar apek , alat2 kamar mandi gk di rawat, yg bagus cuma view laut sajaaa

Jika booking by phone pastikan kembali booking nya sebelum tiba.krn pihak hotel mengcancel secara sepihak Dan akhirnya dpt kamarnya lebih mahal .
