Fried Kuey Teow is one of the best I've tried though admittedly, the Uncle is a bit cold and cranky. Fresh prawns (important!) and big portion for only RM4.50 per plate.
Char koay teow enough wok hei and taste awesome. Despite the place is relatively warm and the chef is always grumpy, would still order this again. Big bowl with 4 medium size prawns cost rm6.50
Best chinese nasi lemak this side of KL. The wild boar and heh-bi is awesome. Be warned, the old aunty and uncle can be a tad slow and by 2pm everything's finished. 8/10.
Reconnect with your lost love, in case you'd been looking for him. Former grumpy Ah Hock has repented, no longer so grumpy. He has relocated to Kedai Kopi Yun Kei, 923, Jln 17/38, Seksyen 17, PJ
Tried ckt at rm5.50 big. Due to rain, order came 5 mins. Those who like soggy & slight salty will love this. Robert's ckt at rest say huat section 17 still rock for me....especially fried tung fung!!
The pork noodle and the char kuey teow is the best.. yong taufoo auntie was always at the beh soong face.. always wonder if i owe her thousands millions..
Well , gv a try. Tbh it’s aromatic wok compliments the CKT but a little oily for my liking. 3 medium sized prawns & small cockles . Aroma (4/5), Taste (3.5/5), Noodle Texture (4/5), Price (3.8/5).
The amount of prawn and cockles being serve for the price of rm6.50. Worth every penny.
Pork noodles were pretty good. And substantial
Pork noodles really good. Portions are big and really worth what you're paying.
Chinese nasi lemak another highlight to try out in this place. Sotong and sambal tasted heavenly
The CKT here is recommended. The uncle maybe too busy cooking and emo a bit, so be patient when you want to order that time lol... ????????
Crispy popiah was pretty good! Wantan mee so so... also has another branch of robert CKT here
One of the best char Kuey Teow stall in PJ area
Famous for roast pork noodle at night... Taste really god damn good... Noodle is so springy
The kuay teow uncle have slightly extra patient with young girls if I'm not mistaken? Hahaha
Overall CKT is quite good. Not sure why people is complaining oily. For me if it's not fully using lard, that's not oily enough.
Tried nasi lemak without rice . Only sotong, sambal , dried shrimp , chicken wing ( thrown in by auntie!!), at rm 4....taste ok also....can also balik....kekeke..
Nice Bak chang.best in town i have ever eaten
The famous old CKT seller has moved to another place - replaced by a branch of Robert's
A must eat char kuew tiao with big prawn with reasonable price????
Fried kuay teow. Best from what I have tried in kl so far
Char koey teow, pork noodles , wan tan mee , Yong tou fu awesome best gilerbabs
Pork soup with kuey teow bihun, minced pork + egg . Add tons of garlic pork lard ....oh lalala...ape lu mau tunggu lagi.....
Best Char Koay Teow in PJ! Sinfully good.
OMG GRUMPY UNCLEHAS A DAUGHTER WHO IS HELPING OUT TODAY!!!! This is better than Xmas!!!!
Prawn mee is good here and reasonably priced as compared to other stalls
The Char Kuey Teow here is nice! But whn it's peak hour the uncle will be very unfriendly, be careful! Haha. The curry mee hoon is also not bad!
Very good fried kuay teow. Queue up and only order when asked.
The Pan Mee is pretty worth trying and KL Pan Mee will never go wrong.
Prawn mee is quite decent
Kopi, tea or cham are good here.
The roti bakar was good, but the coffee no good. The soy sauce used for the soft boil eggs was inferior quality as well .
Tried mee suah with minced pork & pork balls + egg ....rm6...taste ok...can balik again....
The best thing here is Char Kuey Teow which costs RM5.50 for big portion . Dont get surprised if the uncle's attitude pisses you off.
My favourite soup wan tan mee at all time
Curry noodles , konloo noodles are gooooood
Yummy pan mee and awesome belacan !
CKT still one of the best in KL but everything else is meh as fuck
Try their nasi lemak here, its awesome
This is my 3rd visit
Yong Tau Foo is great. Forget the char kwai teow.
Today's Teh C Kosong was exceptionally good.
Although the fried kuey teow guy is rude, it's really good!!! Try it!
The best char kuey teow in town
Pork noodles , Char Kuey Teow etc
The nasi lemak here is fabulous ! Can't replace with other places !
Just reopened: New Chuan Lee Seafood . Too early for review
LC but very decent chaw kuey tiao
Char Koay Teow is worth a 4/5. However a bit salty and oily. Agree with the rest of the reviewers, the cook is grumpy and unfriendly no nonsense type.
