Today on 4pm at floating yoga class .. we learn this style,,superman style it was awesome

1. I love raw class with Nico ! He's cool when he's dancing . 2. The small towels were very limited :s sometimes I didn't get it.

If you guys want to focus on your training its better to come around 12pm to 4pm after that the place will be crowded like a traditional market .... LOL

Pilates class with ike on tuesday at 9am and thrusday at 6pm its very recommended class !!!

Every thursday on 6pm now pilates class 1 hour and half with ike .. its awesome guys!!!

Thrusday is gym day .. 7am pilates 8am kettlebell 10 am body combat 11am floating yoga 6pm pilates with ike ^^

To focus on cardio , abs, cycling use the C.F. first floor. Don't forget to stretch those muscles (under the stairs, on the carpeted area)
