Absolutely amazing. I’ve never been to a restaurant with better customer service. It’s great, impossible to describe. 1000 stars for the staff . And you don’t need to speak Chinese to enjoy it.

Love this place! Great service and good quality food. Not knowing Chinese was not an issue. There is an English menu which you can use to match to the ordering tablet.

Awesome service, delicious hotpot . The mala (麻辣) hotpot is quite numbing and spicy , so not for those that can't handle heat. Order on an iPad. Portions are big. Make reservations in advanced.

I have to stress that the service is excellent. The food is above average, and the portions are good. Prices are about normal. So, this is a good place to go especially when it is cold.
