Worst experience, they had a false alarm and it was going during the night and nobody said anything to us, it ruined our vacation time and they didn't even want to refund us anything.

This place is disgusting. Rooms smell terrible and there is mildew in the bathroom . Maid service didn't clean bathroom or pick up towels. Pool is only for 18 years and older.

Don't eat at the garden atrium buffet . What a waste of $12 for lunch . The two chicken dishes were dry, the mexican food didn't taste right, desserts weren't good (cheesecake was warm). STAY AWAY!

This place is disgusting. Nasty ???? machines, Nasty carpet, parking lot is horrible. I constantly had to reach for my hand sanitizer. #NeverAgain
