Strongly suggest the "akamaru special" ramen with hard noodles which is closest thing to what I have at their roppongi tokyo branch "akamaru tamago ".
On weekdays, avoid the crowds by arriving before 11:30a or so. Restaurant opens at 11a.
Original ippudo noodle is great and authentic . But Tried the new Sapporo noodle found the soup a bit sweet. Yuck!:(

Lunch sets are ¥35-45 for a 3side dish, a miso soup, rice and main dish (or ramen). Great joint for yakitori and and sake for later on the day. - Vera Kay

It's kind of noisy but at least they have decent coffee and nice food. Good to have a rest between some meetings - Song Li
