My favorite breakfast place in the world. I love the 2x2x2 with New York cheesecake pancakes ! Also the new ham , egg , and cheese Griddle Melts are to die for!! The service is also great!!

The place is dirty . Flies all over the place. IHOP is not the same anymore. Food is crap. Cheap entrees nor do I believe the authenticity of any of the positive reviews.
The service was very slow. There was 12 people in the place. The food was ice cold when it came out and then we couldn't get our waitress ' attention.
Terrible service. Took over 50 minutes to get food out to the table, and we were one of maybe 5 tables. That wasn't our first experience with service like this.
