Mask & jacket , more comfortable wandering around. Prices r higher 4 foreigners. RP50K +15K for Ontang Anting(shuttle), they will pack u like sardines into the shuttle, carries up to 12 paxs per trip
The lake is 2,430 meters above sea level so the local climate is often quite chilly (temperatures are frequently around 10 degrees celsius).
It costs you 20 kidr per person & 150 kidr per car. I wouldn’t mind if it’s worth every penny & well informed. But the notice is not that clear, & the road climbing up to the crater needs works.
Beautiful place, not that crowded if you go on weekdays, smells like rotten egg but overall really worth going there. Kinda ridiculous that you have to pay a ticker per person AND per car though.

Beautiful lake . Get there early (opening time) to avoid the crowds.
Don't forget to take a mask with you, because the sulfur smell can give you headache. Sometimes you can also buy from that place.
this is a place with great white scenery where the temperature can reach 0 celciuss. but you still can enjoy the travel

A tourist hell, extremely crowded . Better visit beautiful places along the road to the south.

Entrance fee IDR 150,000 /car & IDR 15,000 /person --> terribly expensive !! It's not worth it! Especially when the sky is not clear/raining... Not much to see either aside from the sulphur crater...

Hits place in uptown, the weather very cold. The place is clean, so many tourists to come. Far from city - Ali
