New management since the last reviews. IMHO, this McDonalds has the best crew in Salem. I come here on a regular basis because of the people. This has a Playland that is great for kids and families.
I said snack wrap ....I always say snack wrap . Got the wrong order and Alexus behind the counter couldn't stop saying "you said wrap not snack wrap ". Hun, the customer is always right.

Limited seating here outside the Playplace. Drive through is designed to handle a lot of cars. Food comes quick.
Make sure you check your order if you get McNuggets or the new McBites because they WILL short you on the number of sauces.

I am blown away! Management obviously set the tone for employee moral! We were there for about 45 mins and not once did we see a smile! Nor anyone clean a single table! Disgusting!
