There is no Tower 28 at Sunset Beach. This tower, at the end of Warner Ave, is part of Bolsa Chica Beach . Sunset Beach towers go up to 26 at other end of beach . Sunset tower #s correspond to streets.

Public parking is just off Main. Coin operated meters. Be sure to bring some change or park near pier . I think it was $10 or $15 for the day. Beautiful, long, wide, less crowded beach .

Free parking with close access to bathrooms and a quick walk to the beach . Definitely a hidden gem .

Parking is easy on a weekday. The weekends tend to get harder to find parking after 12pm.
