Nice location, I got a comfy room with a view of the Arch. Also it's near the old courthouse . Awesome gym , good option for breakfast buffet and helpful staff : things you'd expect from Hyatt.

Fantastic views of the Gateway Arch ! Practically staying in the Arch from our room! Get the "Deluxe King Arch View " room for an unobstructed view .

The fine print : Walls are paper thin; so you hear everything (my neighbor woke me up at 7am using the speaker on their mobile phone). Also, BYOTP bring your own toilet paper (1-ply sandpaper... ouch!)

Phenomenally clean , up to date and everyone is insanely helpful and nice. I really am enjoying my stay here. As this is a business trip, having a great room for working sure helps.

Located across from the Arch and Old Courthouse , great location for home base. Red Kitchen & Bar in the lobby has a great buffet breakfast and a fully stocked cocktail lounge . Great staff !

Hotel very nice but I would not park its parking area .They say it belongs to 3rd party and daily park cost 27plus tax for overnight ???? which we expecting before comlimentary with your stay .

Great hotel with very accomodating staff . They even gave me a late checkout time so I could explore the city more. I wish I had a better view of the Arch ; I could only see half of it.

Great clean Hyatt and location is great. Ruth Chris in the lobby as well as a sport bar . A real Starbucks also in lobby!

Way better than the Hilton down the street. Room comes with refrigerator and awesome hair dryer. Staff is superb and you can walk to everything.

Oh my gosh, such a beautiful property! Everyone was so nice and friendly , the food was delicious, and the overall experience was just amazing!

Nice hotel and easy walk to the stadium . Only complaint is I wish they had a pool for the kids.

The best place for food or drinks is the brewhouse in the lobby. Chris or Sander are the best bartenders . Make sure to leave them a good tip. They remember!!!

Parked our truck with a trailer all weekend for $10. Open your eyes when you walk into the bathroom , you'll see a coffee maker. Starbucks is overpriced. Booked the room on Priceline for $54 a night.

WiFi is $13.99 a day PER PC; Self parking is $20/day; no coffee maker in the room; lines out the door at Starbucks...Wish I hadn't used Priceline to book or I would change hotels :(

A house keeper think that slick....been getting my dirty towels off the floor and folding them up for me to reuse. I no bc I have make up...different color of eye shadow...on each towel. How rude!!!!

Hotel is lovely. You will, however, get nickle and dimed on everything in the hotel . No free wifi in 2012? $12 for tylenol in gift shop ? Meh

If you ask the front desk to comp your Wi-Fi, they'll do it. At least they did for me.
