Very nice and cozy . Some pop/hip hop music playing but it's tolerable; not too loud .

Always crowded but they have good internet connection and amazing coffee .

The silvery boy didn't arrive until 3pm and they only told me when I called to ask why order was over an hour late! I went myself and they informed me tea had run out and the koshari tea wd cost same
