Kabobs (tried chicken , not sure of other items). Great to know and see that the kabobs are grilled fresh (hence takes time), but it’s totally worth the wait.
They have a live view of the Kabobs on skewer right next to the cashier ????????
Renovated since I was here last. Very nice. Bar seating along one wall for solo eaters.
Wrong location. Try the chicken wrap deal regardless. Worth the money and filling enough.

Koobideh kabab was really delicious but the Ghorme Sabzi was just ok.
Chicken wrap was way too good. Often grilled chicken kabobs tend to be dry and hard. This wasn’t!
