Overall a well stocked, organized store. Employees are friendly , though I feel are undereducated about a majority of their products - especially when it comes to canine/feline nutritional needs.
The grooming staff was very friendly to my puppy. They made sure that my little girl was well taken care of.
They have a much larger reptile supply section than other PetSmart locations I've visited.
I've watched them groom dogs here and I don't like the lack of care they put in. They don't try and comfort the dog and it looks like there is little effort put in to make their work look good.

Normally I have good experiences here, this time they pissed me off, snubbed me & NOW wanna stick 2 policy. Needed the Rabies paperwork & they made me leave, then said they could take the Vets word!
