Building is modern and impressive. Very nice, spacious rooms . Friendly staff . Had breakfast set up before the official start time of 6 am which was so nice because I needed to be out before 5:30 am.

Free shuttle to and from airport and to and from shopping centers. Amazing continental breakfast , great service and so clean

This hotel is amazing. Huge rooms, great price, and an awesome staff . I bet you can't say that for any hotel in 20 mile ratios.

More modern than the Hyatt Regency downtown and cheaper too with everything you need right down the street across I-95.

I just love this place! Stayed with Hyatt in Charlotte, NC last yr and now staying in Jacksonville, FL! So worth it!

The rooms are huge with couches , a desk, wall mounted flat screen tv , and nice decor!

Breakfast ends at 9:30. There is a DD down the road if you sleep too late.
