Owner is Oitate-san. He brings special whiskeys from Japan on a regular basis and has an incredible collection. This bar is very hard to find but definitely worth it.
Quiet . Excellent whiskey selection . Cocktails on the dry side. Once the bill is setled, prepare for a cup of excellent macha by classically trained bartender . No toilet facilities!! Don't even ask!!
