Had my first Tequila drink here at age 60! But the piece de resistance was the hot cocoa coffee with Tequila for an after dinner drink. Have never been able to duplicate!

Love this place! The Chiles en Nogada are fantastic, love the corn on the cob. Everything is delicious! And that includes the margaritas and tequila flights! Be sure to have a designated driver! ;)

Authentic tasting Mexican food , chiles en Nogales, mole sauce , street corn (elote ), pomegranate margaritas all excellent, but service is usually terrible, and the wait for a table averages 1-2 hrs.

Steak quesadilla , guacamole sampler, mango salad are all great! Nothing bad here. Oh, and don’t forget the margaritas !!!

The steak and blue cheese quesadillas will change your life. Yummy mahi mahi tacos as well . Incredible guacamole and fabulous margaritas . Worth the wait.

If you're visiting Lewes or Rehoboth beach try Agave. I've been to other mexican restaurants but Agave is worth coming back to. Get the garlic pepper shrimp w/mango salsa or mahi mahi fish tacos . Yum!

Leave them your cell phone number and they will call you when a table is ready. You can shop locally while you wait. Don't be surprised when you hear there is a 2 hour wait. There really is!

Save room for the coconut cake ! Also, get the guac trio sampler and chicken stuff, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers !

Don't know how, but we didn't have to wait! Shrimp and garlic guac is amazing. Tamales are beyond. Fish tacos rocked. Carmel apple tequila drink was perfect. Love it here.

Best Mexican I've had. Ever. And I lived in Texas. That's saying something.

Best time to go (I've found is between 2-4pm) otherwise plan to wait. But perfect time to walk through Lewes. It IS worth the wait.

This is one of the best meals that I have had at the beach ! The margaritas are SO good. Be sure to get the Mexican Rockets appetizer too! The staff and the food are the BEST!

Don't let the wait scare you off. Its well worth it.

No highchairs . And they aren't able to serve the full menu on the back deck / upstairs part of the restaurant ... it's getting very busy there. But go with small group / no kids and you'll be fine.
