Nice view but worst kaiseki dinner I had in Japan. If staying at Benesse house try to find alternative dining options before the last shuttle (or try to book the cab back)
Try and eat here earlier in the day for the view . It's still nice if you eat later though.

Excellent hotel, I enjoyed my stay very much. Service is good, architecture (by Tadao Ando) is fantastic. Divided into four areas: oval, museum, beach and park (I stayed at park). View is nice - Bryan Koo
Only guests staying in the Oval can see the oval. But they do have a little lounge open on the weekends for drinks. - Mari
