Very good service . Friendly staff . The staff make me feel like im staying in a 5 stars hotel . Fanny the customer service is uber friendly .. just complain to her about anything and she'll handle it..

Overall good. Just be prepared before taking a shower , though. Cause, this shower is like, "you want warm water? How about hypothermia? Oh, now you're used to it? Have some boiling 'warm' water!"

I know that a hotel is supposed to give serene ambience to its guest, however the lights both in hallway and the room is too dim. It felt like one of those hallway in 'The Shining'.

Aside from broken shower toggle, the rest is awesome!

They have free wifi and it's pretty stable ! A room mate was using Viber and the call was not interrupted at all!

Hotelnya lumayan walaupun akses ke pusat kota aga ribet karena one way road...samping hotel ada kedai koepi poernama,legend banget lah...

Kamarnya sih ok, but tolong diperhatikan keamanan pas jendela sama sekali tdk ada pelindung. Ngeri takut ada orng buka jendela kebablasan.

Selain toilet di lobi yang gak ke urus, hotel ini nyaman dihuni
