The staff is nice and very helpful. You should take the bike for few rides around the lake , bikes are available for free. Makes sure you request for extra pillows . Enjoy your stay!!

Cute garden . Room 3315 is stinky with old smoke smell. Staff is helpful. Massage and Spa is meh. They have shisha at the hotel coffee also.

New room with twin beds combined with the door lock ran out of battery so it kept locking us out. Also, they spray anti-mosquito mixture at 4.00PM. As a matter of fact, every1 has to endure its smell.

Hot water is also an issue, it's not enough for 1bath, in every rooms!!! I ensure this happens in every room since we travel in groups of 14 peoples and we had to finish our shower cold like hell >.<

The garden is beautiful. But beware of the anti mosquito mixture. Dont know when they have it.

Free breakfast is boring with less then 10 courses. Egg chef is slow, and the egg dishes (scramble, omelet , ...) are not tasting at all. It ruins my morning mood/ day starting.....

Swimming pool is indoor and small.

I should mention the heated swimming pool warm at 34 celsius degree only works in the morning, later it's going cold, worst in the afternoon and evening. The pillow is small, me no likey.

Big issue: MOSQUITO !!!!! They tried to put us (couple) in a dank room full ò mosquito down in basement ?!! We demanded to move to anther1.

Hotel is ok, more like a 3 star than 4
