Location maybe hard to find since they don't have any sign yet, if u r having trouble finding it, it is located exactly in front of Tah dig restaurant 's building

They have both Kubaba n Tomo menu ,Mezze Platter taste as good as Kubaba Jordan,the ???? is not recommended,take a ????if u r sitting outside n willing to ???? what u r eating cause its an absolute darkness????

We tried the Mediterranean menu and everything was delicious. Loved the outdoor seating with a good view of the lake . The only downfall was the clumsy wait staff who couldn’t get the orders right!

I was actually surprised, the terrace /lake view was amazing ???? the food was great and so was the service, I think its more relaxed than the jordan branch , must try, 8/10????????.

In bamland there are a lot to choose. One of the best is kubaba. Pizza was italian and delicious. Pasta was great. And all kubaba menu should be tried.diffrent taste❤️

Humus was a bit sour but it was delicious , carbonara spaghetti is amazing , alfredo penne was good.

Big place on Chitgar lake 's area, spacious salon and terrace , a combination of Arabic and Turkish cuisine , a bit saltier than I prefer.

Food is still awesome, staff are careless and it seems that they don’t have many guests these days.

Not only the view is great, but also they will serve you a fantastic plate of mixed Shaverma. To enjoy it all, order a Mazze plate as the starter (it’s for 2-3 people)

The portion of food was so big. Staff where so polite and their suggestions was really useful. The traditional bread with cheese and garlic is my recommendation.

Delicious food,great staff and amazing view .We really liked the overall experience,but their taste in music is horrible,it's load and awful and we can't hear each other talking in a normal voice.

I’m glad after some years their food quality hasn’t changed. Also they all wear mask and use sanitizer to clean tables. Just price is high.

This time I ordered from Kubaba’s menu and I became sure that it cannot satisfy me at all ,even sitting in the balcony isn’t fine where you need a flashlight to see what you are eating !

Much more “Pop” than the first Kubaba and Tomo branches. Kubaba’s appetizers are as okay as the Jordan branch . Tomo’s pizzas still have the great bread but they taste pretty cheaper than Fereshteh st.

With great food and fantastic service, Kubaba is easily the best place to in Bamland .

No doubt that The weakest branch among kubaba branches is here the reservation isn’t informative along with significant different taste of mutual menu items with jordan branch like felafel

you can't ho wrong with the pizza . the perfect size and an immaculate taste. 10/10 would recommend

Definetly it’s not what you expect from kubaba or tomo. The quality of food is ok but it’s way different from the main branches of both resturants. Although staff are polite but they are not trained .
