Amazing customer service! Dropped one chopstick and before I could even pick it up, the waitress offered me a new pair. Food is amazing for the price you pay (just sashimi is already worth your entry)

Good food and good environment. Live band available for entertainment. Usually very packed but service is still efficient.
best to come on weekdays.especially after 12 on monday or tuesday coz not too crowded n can hav a good talk here.
Food quality has dropped & menu options reduced. Now with the time limit, no longer can just sit, chat & eat. The waiter seems in a hurry to chase us off. Be back maybe only in the next eon years.

Absolutely not wheelchair friendly and not a place for elderly!dark and walkways are uneven with plenty of unnecessary steps! Waiting area is not even lot or with proper ventilation!
They will hint customer to go back10 minutes before times up by cleaning all plates on table instead of sending us the bill.

Long time not coming, just found Chinese waiter & waitress really acting rude. But the foreign workers really friendly & nice.
Guess the new management now to reduce customer's sashimi order column. New manager?! Feel not happy! We're not complaining delaying sashimi order but now reduce quality?! Bad!

It's like trying to gulp down a weird tasting meal with a poorly mixed cordial while the band starts playing karaoke songs & ppl start walking out. Btw, the staff short changed me claiming it as tip
