The bread isn't perfect but other than that, the lemon-grass chicken bánh mì sandwich is pretty damn good. Don't forget to ask for jalapeños !
Broth is decent on it's own, benefits from hoisin and sriracha . Noodles a bit overdone and stingy on the beef . But, as my office is in a pho desert , I shall continue to go!
Summer rolls are just okay. Take it or leave it. The chicken pho is better than beef pho imo.
Chicken Bahn Mi is awesome.

Sub-par. A watered down pho imitation. Also asked for veggie rolls and discovered back at my office that they actually gave me shrimp . Don't bother.
