Idk Why so many complaints? Always hot, fresh BK when I'm here ????????

Almost every time I come here, either fountain drink machine is broken or no more ice teas available for some reason.

Do NOT come during peak times , as you will not get your order correctly made, OR get "fast" food. Usually, the more hurried YOU are, the SLOWER the staff here. AND they have attitude!

Don't play the "Catch a coin... Win a prize" game, it's rigged wih tape and the people are sheisty. -.-

The business hours are a lie. They sometimes lock up by 10:30 on nights when they're supposed to be open until 11.

I lpve their cinnamon rolls , but they are pricey as far as I am concerned.

I agree with Xavier about peak times . I am here at 3:30 and it took 15 mins to get my food.

This location is perpetually understaffed and the staff is poorly trained . They're friendly enough, but they have no idea how to perform basic customer service.

Bring napkins into the ladies room. They are usually out of toilet paper. The manager today said they had none.

Like everybody else says, service takes forever and the staff is unpleasant.
