It is essential but clean and tidy. The rooms have got a TV and wi-fii connection. There's no breakfast and daily cleaning included in the price. Good position to get to the town center or station.

They've upgraded! Finally, the lifts work, and now wifi is free! The lobby has been redesigned and breakfast is more extensive. SO much better than my last visit.

Budget indeed... but still with free wifi ! Let's hope you're comfortable with getting changed in front of the person you're staying with as there's certainly no room in the shower cubicle to do so!

This hotel is amazeballs!! I stay here every trip to Birmingham its clean modern and pretty close to the town centre. Love it!!!

Clean , modern, cheap , close to city center, great staff but ofc some things could be better, like when u ask for maintenence to fix your tap, would be great to get done asap and not wait for sooo long

Our room was too hot and the towel was covered in a stranger's hair, but it seems they'll let people in off the street to drink their own booze in the lobby all night, so that's handy. Use as a pub .

I'm back for my second visit, love this place :) very clean , very modern. Everything you need :)

Only £4 for 24 hours of parking and free wifi , not bad for a hotel with rooms starting from £20 a night if booked well in advance!

Polite staff , clean and modern hotel , cheap . A little noise from the mani road , but not excessive. Room is slightly hot, even turning off the heating

We arrived 20 minutes early and they told us our rooms were ready, but we'd have to pay £10 to check in. One of the rooms smelt of smoke.

Take your shampoo with you. There isn't in the room!

No in-room kettle (budget hotel after all!) But hot water is free to guests, just bring your own tea .

I was here 5 months ago, & the lifts *still* aren't working. Had to drag my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Unless it's a just for a night, do yourself a favor, spend a bit more & go somewhere else.

It is like a dormitory. small rooms, does not have even shampoo at the shower . It is the worst Ibis I ve ever seen. Additionally, there was always noise at the hallway and I could not sleep..

Shoe print on the sheet of the bulk bed!! Seriously?!?! Did you even wash it?!
