The baby back ribs , brisket , pulled pork , potato salad , and coleslaw all hit the spot… and if you can get your hands on some of those warm rolls right when they come out, do it! So good!
They have great bread they give out while you eat, and on Sunday after church they provide free vanilla ice cream !
I'm usually not a fan of Spring Creek , but this one had some great fatty brisket . Free ice cream at the end never hurt anybody's feelings either.
Had the sliced beef sandwich with red beans and coleslaw , everything was delicious

Ask for the brisket without fat. They will do it and it tastes much better!
