If able use their text check-in thing. It helped when we were trying to activate a prescription that was already in the DOD system . After that, we just got a text similar to our refills when ready.

they need a line for Drop offs and another for pick up and a way for uniformed soldiers to get in quicker.. I kind of like the drop off as I can go shopping and come back to pick up.

Doesnt matter when you come be prepared for the longest wait ever...I would bring a book or something...

Try going during the day during the week but not during lunch .
