Hugely disappointing not as great a selection if products as it used to stock
The toilets are now completely unisex (at least I hope they are) and there are no hangers/pegs in the cubicles for coats. However, they do look very posh and smell okay.

Nobody seems to know what they have in stock. Nobody seems to care. Appalling customer care at their homeware department. Shop elsewhere for the same stock for cheaper
