Each February Amy's Ice Creams shuts down ice cream production and hand-dips Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Each fresh strawberry is hand-dipped in imported European Callebaut Chocolate and drizzled with a white chocolate lattice. Available February 12, 13 and 14.

Amy's is a great Austin original. Try the hot pecan praline topping. It goes well with Mexican Vanilla . It's great. No one else has it.
