Saveur: an exemplary introduction to the classics of a bouchon menu: tablier sapeur; tripe—pressed, breaded , & fried like schnitzel—saucisson in buttery brioche , & perfectly cooked calf's liver
The degustation menu at lunch had the best pâté en croûte I've tasted. Special mention for the île flottante with pralines , which will certainly give you a sugar rush. Lovely waiter was a plus too.
The food was not to my taste but the waiters were excellent, advising on wine pairings and very friendly service . Desserts were delicious! The locals seemed to love it
Take the Lyonnaise salad in this stunningly beautiful bouchon.
The Kidneys were awesome, the baba ivre definitely has sufficient Rhum

Bouchon lyonnais authentique , il faut absolument goûter le pâté en croûte , le service est chaleureux . Nous avons passé une superbe soirée !
Herşey çok lezzetli. Önemli ve ödüllü bir şefin Restaurantı. Tavsiyeleri doğrultusunda hareket edin derim. Çok geniş bir şarap menüsüne sahip. Tavsiye ederim.
Authentique , délicieux, savoureux et très professionnel. La qualité est au rendez-vous, aussi bien dans l ’assiette que dans le service.
Le menu est remarquable pour un excellent rapport qualité-prix. La terrine du chef est à savourer.
