Pretty small space, it’s more like a gallery than a museum . Good assortment of sake for tasting and purchasing

Brought home a bottle of Junmai ginjo 純米吟醸 and it got a resounding YASSSSS from everyone that took a sip. Served chilled, it’s smooth, crisp and just subtly sweet. Take my monehhhhhh

It's hardly a museum but has an extensive range of sake for sale.

There’s nothing museum-y abt this place and it seems as if the staff are just happy standing behind the counters. However sake tasting is free and they are good. Lots of bottles avail for sale here

その場 でサーバーから瓶詰め してもらえる酒 ミュージアム限定の生 原酒(賞味期限1週間！)は毎回買ってしまいます。瓶もなんだかお洒落。コロナ禍で今はダメですが、前はカウンターで試飲 可能でした。

C'est pas vraiment musée , mais plutôt un magasin . Personnel non chaland et on apprend pas grand chose sur le saké . Demander à déguster car sinon on vous le proposera pas :(

1000円で販売している大吟醸の酒 かすで作った粕汁や甘酒 は美味です。

生酒をその場 で瓶詰め して売ってくれます。微炭酸で旨いです。

休日13時からと、15時から、工場 案内してくれます。予約不要。20分程度。昭和37年からある工場 内部にて、酒造りの奥深さを学べます。

今はコロナ禍ということもあり、直営店がメイン 。

工場見学 は団体 のみ、予約必須となった模様。
