After waiting 30 mins to have a menu delivered, they won't even let you keep it to place your order. I don't know what I want, that's why I asked for a menu. You'll get your poster board menu back...

WiFi free but slow
Workout equipment is meh. Treadmill and elliptical either don't work or lack resistance. Cable machine is mostly broken and the cables have been self-repaired with what looks like electrical tape.
Did not have hot water in the evening. After they fixed there was no cold water so toilet didn't flush. I changed room because of broken noisy aircon. Go with cheapest room. Upgrade not worth it.

Security Staff are not friendly . Most are ill-mannered. Badly needs to be trained on customer service. Yung pagsasalubong palang sayo sa pintuan nakasimangot na.
Day five with no hot water . Mid-range hotel with pretty shitty service. Some of the breakfast staff are friendly , but the food is crap. Bit recommended.
