ここのへぎそば の味も歯ごたえも大好きです。でも一番好きなのは、清潔感 。オープン40分前に到着して、駐車場 で待っていると、従業員の皆さんが一生懸命清掃をしています。本当に細かなところまで埃を拭き、塵を掃き店内外を磨いています。素晴らしいお店です。
コシがあってほんとにおいしいです。生 卵 と蕎麦 つゆ をブレンドさせると美味しいです。
干したアサツキの薬味が良いです。
